Casio G-Shock G-Squad DW H5600MB-1 belongs to the group of very popular G-Shock models designed for athletes. Thanks to its inclusion in the G-Shock family, it will stand up to even the toughest conditions. They are equipped with a number of basic functions, complemented by features designed to monitor and evaluate all kinds of exercise. Heart rate measurement is provided by an optical sensor, which also provides heart rate zone information. Of course, there is a pedometer.
In the PolarTM smartwatch library, you can easily perform a quick exercise analysis and performance comparison, keeping track of fitness shifts, sleep quality and body recovery. The watch will also offer breathing exercises and an oximeter to measure blood oxygen levels. The advantage of the watch is the combination of solar power, complemented by the possibility of low-energy connection of the watch to the phone via Bluetooth. In addition to the light, the watch can also be recharged by wire when connected to a USB charger. The solar charging serves basic daily functions such as time display, pedometer, notifications, on the contrary, it does not serve for heart rate measurement. Unlike its predecessors, the watch brings an enhanced notification option with vibration alerts.
