The Casio G-Shock GBX-100S-1ER is a men's sports watch with a wealth of features packed into a timeless and proven design. It is the combination of features that allow for connection to a mobile phone that makes the watch the ideal companion for sports and leisure.
Inspired by summer, surfing, with a lunette made of two different materials, theCasio G-Shock GBX-100S resembles shimmering waves in the sun. The stainless steel lunette top has mirror-shiny bevelled edges and subtly contrasts with the shiny translucency of the resin lunette base.
The model emphasises good clarity and ease of use to enable full use of all the functions offered by the watch. Among the most important is undoubtedly the ability to synchronize the watch with a smartphone via Bluetooth technology. Aimed at water sports enthusiasts, the watch can, for example, display information required by surfers ( tide times and levels, moon phases, sunrise and sunset data) and, thanks to the new Casio watches mobile app, it is possible to easily select one of approximately 3,300 locations worldwide. Of course, linking to your phone allows you to keep a constant check on the latest and accurate time, offering easy dual time settings, daily alarm settings, countdowns for interval training, managing your daily activities with easy access to step count information to calculate calories burned, meet your daily goal and track other training items.
A welcome new feature is the vibrating notification for incoming emails, calls and messages. Useful features include Phone finder - when you press the watch button, your phone will sound so you can find it more easily.
The Casio G-Shock G-Squad G-LIDE GBX 100S-1 has a digital display that shows the date, day of the week, stopwatch, alarm and many other functions. The watch is targeted not only at surfers, but athletes in general, so there is a built-in pedometer and the ability to connect to your phone via bluetooth so you can easily track your daily activity. The watch features stopwatch, countdown, interval timer, lap time, pace, average speed, distance, etc. The plastic case of the watch is protected by a steel lunette and complemented by a rubber strap. The dial is protected by a mineral glass. The use of MIP LCD display ensures excellent readability during the day, in low light conditions there is no lack of LED display illumination. The 46 mm case diameter makes it one of the larger watches. The water resistance of this model is 200 m.
