Casio G-Shock DW-5700NH-1DR N. HOOLYWOOD Collaboration is a special edition men's sports watch created in collaboration with the N. HOOLYWOOD clothing brand. The Casio G-Shock DW 5700 model also recalls the first durable watch with a round case.
Casio G-Shock DW-5700NH-1DR was created in collaboration with the Japanese menswear fashion brand N. HOOLYWOOD, founded in 2001 by creative director Daisuke Obana. The watch is the latest piece - the tenth - in a long-term partnership that began in 2014. This time it is based on the DW-5700, which was first launched in 1987.
The latest collaboration also has a military theme, which is why the watch comes in black, with a blackened logo and a protective bezel over the case. The "N.H.TPES" inscription below the display is evidence of one of N. HOOLYWOOD's military-themed pieces. The design is not entirely black, however, and in addition to the white labels associated with the button functions, many will enjoy the classic positive display with an interesting red backlight.
TheCasio G-Shock DW 5700NH-1D comes, as we've come to expect from the series, with workmanship that will stand up to exposure to harsh conditions. They have a digital display that shows the date, day of the week, stopwatch, alarm and other functions. For easy readability in low light conditions, the watch features an unusual red LED display illumination. It also offers a handy function to light up the display when the alarm is activated, the countdown is complete, the clock is signalled, etc. The durable watch case with metal protectors is complemented by a classic rubber strap. The display is protected by a mineral glass. The case diameter of 45.4 mm makes the model one of the larger watches. Water resistance is 200 m, so you can swim with the watch without any problems.
The Casio G-Shock model series offers a suitable watch for anyone looking for a combination of durable, sporty watches in an attractive design, combined with a rich range of functions. All models in this globally popular range are more resistant to shocks and impacts than conventional watches. They also demonstrate increased resistance to magnetic fields.
