Bulova Precisionist Chronograph 98G229 is men's watch with a high-precision battery-powered movement, Gunmetal PVD case treatment and a host of useful functions will be popular especially among lovers of larger watches.
The blackened Gunmetal PVD steel case houses a high-performance UHF (Ultra High Frequency) quartz movement, operating at a frequency of 262 kHz. This is roughly 8 times higher than conventional quartz machines (32768 Hz). This makes it possible to achieve extreme running accuracy with a deviation of approximately 10s per year!
Among other features, we cannot omit the stopwatch with 1/1000 second accuracy and smooth running second hand. The stopwatch measures time up to 12 hours. Another useful feature is the tachymeter for measuring speed.
The dial is protected by a convex sapphire crystal, so it is maximally protected against scratches. On the wrist, the watch is held by a Gunmetal PVD-finished steel movement with a safety clasp. Water resistance of 300m ensures almost unlimited contact with water.
