Alpina Startimer Pilot Heritage Limited Edition AL-525NBG4SH6refer to pilot models from the 1920s. At that time, the Alpina brand was already a renowned manufacturer and supplier of watches for military pilots. J is a wonderful piece not only for the aviation watch enthusiast. Its features and design make it suitable not only for pilots' wrists, but also for everyday wear. This model was produced in a limited edition of only 288 pieces for the whole world.
The case, made of stainless steel, houses the Swiss mechanical automatic movement AL-525 (based on the Sellita SW200) with 26 jewels, which operates at a frequency of 28,800 semi-frequencies per hour and features a date indicator at the traditional position 3. A button at position 4 allows the back cover to be hinged, whereupon the transparent dial is revealed, allowing the magnificent AL-525 movement to be observed. The transparent dial, designed in a retro aviation style, is protected by a sapphire glass that is highly scratch-resistant.
Model AL-525NBG4SH6 comes with a stylish leather strap and fits most men's wrists thanks to its 44mm diameter. The water resistance of this watch is 30m, so it can handle minor contact with water such as rain.
