Extravagant Alexander Shorokhoff Crazy Eyes AS.LCD-CRS01 watch belongs to the Avantgarde model series. With the Crazy Eyes watch, Alexander Shorokhoff pays tribute to the great artist Gustav Klimt. The Crazy Eyes model continues the Alexander Shorokhoff line of avant-garde watches and surprises with new artistic ideas and colours.
The case of the Crazy Eyes AS.LCD-CRS01 is made of stainless steel. Inside it is a mechanical movement with manual winding 3133AS. The individual parts are hand engraved and machined with blue hardened steel screws. Its operation can be observed thanks to a transparent sapphire crystal dial. The movement is set with 23 ruby stones and the power reserve is 42 hours (36 hours if the chronograph is running). All protected by a sapphire crystal.
Eyes of different sizes, varying in colour, form the main concept of the dial composition. They evoke a sense of joy, excitement, and agility dancing on the scene of the shiny dial. The side seconds and minute hands of the chronograph are also designed in the shape of cheerful multi-coloured lugs. No wonder the model was given the name Crazy Eyes. The other dial elements complete the whole composition of the model with their peculiar shapes and colours, which were not easy to merge into a unified whole, as the dial consists of several layers, many applications, different materials such as mother-of-pearl, brass, luminescence and different colours. But in the end it was done and everything is together in harmony and evokes happy and positive emotions. The number 60 remains where it belongs on all Alexander Shorokhoff watches.
The creator of this artistic gem decided to use the famous Poljot 3133 movement for the model, which is partially skeletonized and hand engraved. It is based on the Swiss Valjoux 7734 movement and was produced between 1976 and 2004 at the 1st Moscow Watchmaking Plant in Moscow. Production of the movement in question has now ceased, so its use in this work of art highlights its uniqueness.
The Crazy Eyes watch is a successful piece of art on the wrist, which fully corresponds to the brand's philosophy.
The water resistance of this model is set at 5 ATM, so the watch can come into contact with splashing water, for example, when washing hands or taking a shower. The watch comes with a genuine stingray leather strap. On the buckle we find the engraved AS logo.
The watch was produced in a limited edition of 30 pieces.
The manufacturer reserves the right to change the colour of the strap. The straps are hand-stitched and it may happen that the leather of a given colour is no longer available.

Alexander Shorokhoff is a German company producing mechanical watches with a highly artistic design. The founder of the brand is Mr. Alexander Shorokhov, who was sent to Germany in 1991 as one of the best managers to further his education in his field. Within one year, he established a trading company for the most important Russian watch brand Poljot here with the aim of enabling the commercialization of this brand in all European countries. In 1994, he started his own business with his first own watch brand, Poljot-International.
However, in order to fulfill his great ambition to produce high-quality watches independently, in 2003 he founded the watch company Alexander Shorokhoff under his own name, based in the town of Alzenau in the heart of Bavaria. The two letters "f" at the end of the company's name are a reference to its Russian roots and the historical background of the brand.
Alexander Shorokhov is a world citizen. He travels the world and draws inspiration from the many countries and cultures he visits. But it draws the most from its roots, which stem from a rich and thousand-year artistic and cultural history. These aspects combined with German precision lead to an unusual individual watch design, combined with great commitment, excellent quality and the highest possible precision.

Shipping to New Zealand is definitely possible and the shipping fee is 2500 Kč (180 NZD). The shipment would go with FedEx and the shipping fee includes package insurance. However, the order must be paid in advance (by bank transfer, card online, bitcoins). Payment via PayPal is also possible, but here we charge a fee of 6% of the order value due to PayPal fees. As New Zealand is not part of the European Union, the price of the watch would be reduced by VAT (-21%).
