The extravagant Alexander Shorokhoff Crazy Balls AS.CB01-2 watch belongs to the Avantgarde model series. The newest, most creative and crazy automatic watch Crazy Balls continues the line of avant-garde watches of the Alexander Shorokhoff brand. It is the successor to the first anniversary model, Crazy Eyes, which was dedicated to Gustav Klimt, and is fitting for its 30th anniversary.
The case of the Crazy Balls AS.CB01-2 is made of stainless steel. Inside it is a Swiss mechanical movement with a Sellita SW200 self-winding movement with a hand-engraved and machined rotor. Its work can be observed thanks to a transparent sapphire crystal dial. The movement is set with 26 ruby stones and the power reserve is 38 hours. A handy date indicator is located at the 6 position. The watch dial is designed in an avant-garde style with geometric elements of different colours and mother-of-pearl inlay at positions 3 and 6. Everything is protected by a sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment.
Crazy Balls will enchant with new, artistic design ideas and colours. The colourful enamelled "balls" that move outwards from the centre of the dial play the main role here, to them we owe the name of the watch. They are not placed symmetrically and evenly, but randomly and loosely according to colour and size, and are somewhat raised from the dial. They convey a sense of joy, excitement and mobility, literally dancing on the stage of the pink or silver dial. But there are also other balls on the dial, such as the tennis ball or the technical representation of the globe under the brand's name, the large number 60.
The water resistance of this model is set at 5 ATM, so the watch can come into contact with splashing water, for example, when washing hands or taking a shower. The watch comes with a genuine stingray leather strap. On the buckle we find the engraved AS logo.
The watch was produced in a limited edition of 88 pieces.
The manufacturer reserves the right to change the colour of the strap. The straps are hand-stitched and it may happen that the leather of a given colour is no longer available.

Alexander Shorokhoff is a German company producing mechanical watches with a highly artistic design. The founder of the brand is Mr. Alexander Shorokhov, who was sent to Germany in 1991 as one of the best managers to further his education in his field. Within one year, he established a trading company for the most important Russian watch brand Poljot here with the aim of enabling the commercialization of this brand in all European countries. In 1994, he started his own business with his first own watch brand, Poljot-International.
However, in order to fulfill his great ambition to produce high-quality watches independently, in 2003 he founded the watch company Alexander Shorokhoff under his own name, based in the town of Alzenau in the heart of Bavaria. The two letters "f" at the end of the company's name are a reference to its Russian roots and the historical background of the brand.
Alexander Shorokhov is a world citizen. He travels the world and draws inspiration from the many countries and cultures he visits. But it draws the most from its roots, which stem from a rich and thousand-year artistic and cultural history. These aspects combined with German precision lead to an unusual individual watch design, combined with great commitment, excellent quality and the highest possible precision.
