5 year warranty

We provide an extended 5-year warranty on all watches purchased from us. We have the utmost confidence in our watches, which is why we have decided to extend the statutory warranty by an additional 3 years. The extended warranty is free of charge and is created automatically.

Together with watch insurance, which you also get from us free of charge, your watch is perfectly taken care of.

Note 1: We introduced the 5-year warranty on October 25, 2018. It applies to new orders from this date.

Note 2: The battery warranty is always the same as provided by the manufacturer (usually 2-3 years, but some only half a year).
