The Sans Souci nightclub, located a few kilometres from Havana, was a beacon for hedonistic tourists eager to see its famous cabaret. Cuervo y Sobrinos wanted to capture the glamour of this bygone era, hence the creation of the vintage-themed Robusto Sans Souci watch, imbued with a remarkable quotient of Latin spirit.

Located just seven kilometres from the centre of Havana, Sans Souci must have seemed a world away from 'normal' society. The dancers, famous for their flamboyant cabarets, were often glamorous American performers who were lured to the Caribbean island by the promise of "big money." With its cabaret, drinks, and restaurant, Sans Souci offered everything entertainment-loving tourists looking for hedonistic pleasures needed.

The case of the Cuervo y Sobrinos Robusto Sans Souci 3162B.1B is made of stainless steel. The polished case is intricately shaped. The crown is set into a recessed part of the case, and to maintain symmetry, a similar recess is placed at 9 o'clock (however, no crown is found here). With a diameter of 38.5 mm, this model is a perfectly versatile piece that can fit both men's and women's wrists.
